What is your exchange/return policy?
We are sorry that your purchase at JIMMY LION was not a success this time, but that’s not a problem! You have 30 business days from the time you receive your order to process a return.
How can I process a return?
T-SHIRTS AND SOCKS
Before starting the process, make sure all items are in the same condition as when you received them (unused, with all their original tags and packaging), and properly protected for shipping.
IMPORTANT: We recommend requesting a tracking number from the shipping provider you use to return the products, as we are not responsible for loss or any other issues during transit. With that tracking number, you will be able to monitor your shipment.
SWIMWEAR
When trying on the items, please follow general hygiene guidelines and do so over your own underwear.
To accept a return, your swimsuit must be in perfect condition. If it is a bikini, swimsuit, or any item with a hygiene sticker, the product cannot be returned without it. We will not accept returns for items that appear worn, stained with makeup or other substances, have deodorant or perfume residues, have been washed, or show similar signs of use.
How long does it take to process a return?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but please note that it may take between 10 and 15 business days after we receive the package.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the full amount for the returned items, excluding the shipping costs you paid for the initial order, once we have processed the return and verified that everything is correct.
How can I make an exchange?
Currently, it is not possible to exchange sizes, models, or colors, so you must follow the return process. Once we receive the products at our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the returned items.
We do not accept exchanges for a simple reason: we cannot guarantee the availability of the new products you select once we receive the returned items in our warehouse.
If you already know which new items you want, we recommend placing a new order alongside the return process to ensure their availability.
Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not offer free returns. The customer chooses the shipping company to handle the return process and assumes the shipping costs.
