Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping within Spain is free for orders over €45 in products.
Where do you ship?
From our online store in Spain, we currently only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. To ship to other countries, please visit the international Jimmy Lion online stores.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours. If you place your order before 11:55 AM (Madrid time), it will be shipped from the warehouse the same day. Please note that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends. When you place your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. If your order experiences any delays, please email us at hello@jimmylion.com and we will check your order status.
How can I track my order status?
