You can place an order through jimmylion.com. To add products to your shopping cart, simply select your desired size and click the “Add” button on the product page. By clicking the “View Cart” button in the upper right corner, you can view, remove, or add units of selected products and see the total amount to be paid, including shipping costs.
If you agree, you must press the "Process Order" button. Before proceeding to the next step, complete the required forms and provide the necessary personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The final step before placing an order is payment confirmation. Before completing the purchase, you will see a summary identifying the product(s) added to your shopping cart, the total price with a breakdown of costs, and the shipping details. You will need to confirm the order by pressing the "Pay" button.

Orders are subject to product availability: if supply difficulties arise or items are out of stock, we will notify you when they become available again, as well as the possibility of purchasing a similar product with equal or greater value. If you do not wish to order a substitute product or wait for new stock, we will refund the full amount paid.
Delivery

Product Pricing

Although we reserve the right to modify the price of the products sold on jimmylion.com, the price you are charged or refunded will be the one that was listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Payment
Orders can be paid using the following methods: Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove payment methods without users being able to make claims for this reason. If you wish to make a purchase and cannot find a suitable payment option, please send us an email at customer.care@jimmylion.com so we can find an alternative payment method.
The charge on your card is processed in real time through our payment gateway once the financial entity has verified the authenticity of the data. We are not responsible if your credit or debit card issuer does not authorize payment, nor for any technical failures caused by financial institutions or their payment platforms.
Similarly, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including canceling the order, charging additional fees, or blocking any user in case of detecting suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns
Right of Withdrawal
We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate any changes you need. When purchasing any product on jimmylion.com, you have 30 business days from the delivery date to return it and withdraw from these conditions without the need to provide any explanation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal and request any changes or cancellations, please send an email to customer.care@jimmylion.com.
You may also use the withdrawal form template provided as an appendix at the end of this page, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send your request before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional charges resulting from choosing a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 business days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order unless you expressly state otherwise. You will not incur any costs due to the refund, but you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Warranty of Purchased Products
Additionally, beyond the 30-day return policy, and in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, we will be responsible for manufacturing defects that appear within two years of delivery.
If you detect a defect, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing customer.care@jimmylion.com with your order number and the issue observed. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Defects or damage caused by external factors (accidents, wear, misuse, improper handling), or products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by the customer or unauthorized third parties, will not be covered.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, or non-compliance of these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
This does not affect the right of consumers to submit disputes to the courts of their domicile, as established by applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this clause affects consumer rights granted by applicable legislation.
